Matthew joined Airey and Coles in 2016 after graduating from Plymouth University with a First Class BEng (hons) in Civil Engineering. Matt studied as a mature student following 10 years’ experience contracting on site as a skilled tradesman.

Since his time with the company Matt has developed skills in all technical aspects of infrastructure design and in particular ground modelling.  Matthew has successfully delivered projects in various sectors, including residential, academic and industrial sectors, and enjoys working with clients to realise cost effective design through the consultation process.

Outside of works Matt enjoys long distance triathlon and cycling where his driven, dedicated and focused mind-set are carried into his professional life.
