Rob has also been working at Airey and Coles since the early 1990’s, during which time he has worked closely with Brad and the other members of the team to design, detail and deliver a number of high profile projects. An extremely hard working and great people person, Rob is responsible for overseeing the operational and delivery side of our major projects, ensuring all aspects of structural design are co-ordinated and thoroughly checked. With approaching 30 years of technical experience across a wide range of sectors, Rob is perfectly placed to fulfil his role and mentor the next generation of budding technicians.

Following the retirement of Paul Williams as Partner in November 2018, Rob along with Garry, stepped up to Partner level and now form part of a three way Senior Management team with Brad, overseeing the operational, technical and financial aspects of the Practice.

Rob is a devoted family man with three grown up children, with whom he enjoys all his free time when not working hard in the office.
