Salt Quay House (SQH) was developed by Sutton Harbour Holdings plc and pre-let to regional law firm Foot Anstey.

The seven storey building was completed in 2008 and offers 42,000 sq ft of prime waterfront office space located directly adjacent the quay in Sutton Harbour Plymouth.

SQH won two awards in 2009; Mitchelmores Building of the Year and Commercial Development of the Year at the SW Business Insider Awards.

Airey and Coles were appointed under the Main Contractor, Kier, to provide full civil and structural engineering design services for the Building. The building includes a full reinforced concrete frame and piled foundations.
